At Label Yassyaa, each saree is crafted with care and undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, select the wrong product, or decide you no longer want your purchase.

2. Damaged Items

If you believe your saree is damaged upon delivery you must share an unedited video clearly showing the unboxing of your package immediately after opening it. Send this video to our official WhatsApp number: +61 (0)469341579. Videos sent after the package has been opened or handled will not be eligible for refund consideration. Once we receive your video, our team will review it and advise if your refund request can be processed.

3. Saree Care Instructions

All sarees to be Dry Clean only. No refunds will be issued for colour fading, fabric damage, or embellishment issues resulting from not following the care instructions provided.

5. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
